Проблема С Добавлением Скилов

Помогите, пожалуйста. Добавил файл скилов для сетов шмота в /data/stats/skills, но при загрузке серв выдаёт ошибку:

дело в том, что скила с таким ид нету

Вроде как id слишком высокий либо скил с таким id существует! ошибку переведите банально
