да милок знания пакетов, а так же структуры клиент сервер у вас на высоте, как бы без расшифровки newxorа, пакет подменить не получится. а вот влезть в память клиент, поменять там цифорки, и отдать клиенту на посылку вполне можно, так например щас дюпается на оверосборках через чит энжи и эхо кристалы, но это опять же проблема сервера ибо если сервер хавает все, что говорит ему клиент это криворукие тру прогеры. Попробуйте с ПТС похимичить с памятью, да он ваше подменное число выплюнет еще и обосрет вас с ног до головы.
