ну и не забыть в l2/system/l2.ini изменить ip, скинь скрины сюда, скорее всего ты не правильно айпи вписываешь, либо же он у тебя не статический, если же сидишь через роутер, то нужно сделать переброску портов.

вот сюда внешний ип

и вотут тоже внешний

в этих местах должен быть внешний ип ваш если он у вас статический

Тебе несколько раз объяснили,как я вижу.

Звони провайдеру пусть порты откроет.

В логе можно увидеть в чем ошибка, "FAILED TO OPEN SERVER SOCKET" далее "Reason"

Думаю объяснять не надо что значит Reason.
