Проблема может возникать по двум причинам:

 

а. JVM не может получить доступ к файлу:

1. Файл находится в недоступном для JVM месте (пр. кирилица в пути к файлу)

2. Файл в данный момент используется другим приложением, и его модификация невозможна

б. Файл не существует.

Ну я надеюсь вы понимаете что JVM отталкивается от корневого каталога, тобишь убедитесь что перенесли конфиги в папку гс.

1.закинь сервер напиример:

"C:\server"

далее настрой "startGameServer.bat"

а именно:

java -Dfile.encoding=UTF8 -Xmx1024m -Xms512m -Xmn256m -XX:PermSize=128m -XX:SurvivorRatio=8 -Xnoclassgc -XX:+AggressiveOpts -XX:+UseSerialGC -cp ./lib/*;l2jfrozen-core.jar com.l2jfrozen.gameserver.GameServer

Поставь свои значения

Если не помогло добовляй меня в скайп или аську через тв сделаю
